This 15 week series will cover material addressed in Questions 1 thru 80 of the Catechism, topics include the Purpose of Man; The Fall; Sin and Depravity; The Trinity; Judgment and Mercy; The Gospel; Faith; and the Sacraments. This Week Romans 8:1-16  Questions 26-28 of the Heidelberg Catechism. God is the Father, desiring us to walk as his sons and daughters.  Cultivating our relationship with Abba/Father.

This Week Acts 10 and Questions 22-25 of the Heidelberg Catechism.  The Apostles Creed is a summary of the faith that unites us all, recognizing our unity while appreciating our diversity.

Charlie Burns - A Testimony

Charlie Burns celebrates his son Andrew's 10th birthday, sharing a powerful testimony about the many miracles God performed to bring Andrew into the world.  Pastor Darin closes with a few thoughts on how God intersects with story and reveals himself through the testimony of his people.  In the Heidelberg Catechism we see that it is through the stories and testimonies of the patriarchs, prophets and gospel writers that we know Jesus Christ to be the only perfect mediator and deliverer.

Justification by Grace

This Week Hebrews 2:5-18 and Questions 12-15 from the Heidelberg Catechism. We need a particular mediator—one who is God and man. We find that particular mediator in Christ, and Christ alone.
