Everything 1: Go Backward (Sermon on the Mount)

What if there was a group of people that found a way to position themselves to receive the greatest inheritance of all in spite of their backgrounds? What if there was a group that was able to flip the natural order of things? In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus tells us about that very thing. There is a group out there living among us that stands to receive it all. Jesus doesn’t just teach us how to spot them – he shows us what it looks like to be them. But they are not the kind of people we might expect.
