The First Commandment - Idolatry

Experiencing God in Truth Series We will study truth (against the backdrop of rising confusion) using the Heidelberg Catechism as our guide. Topics include the Purpose of Man; The Fall; Sin and Depravity; The Trinity; Judgment and Mercy; The Gospel; Faith; and the Sacraments. This Week Jeremiah 10, Psalm 115, Acts 17 and Questions 94-95 of the Heidelberg Catechism.  Idolatry is folly and it is more prevalent in our lives than we'd like to admit. The first commandment calls us to recognize and eradicate the idolatry in our lives.
